Chelsea Complete Signing the Brazil Midfielder Andrey Santos

London Premier League club Chelsea have officially announced they have complete the signing of 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos from Vasco de Gama.

According to reports, the fixed transfer fee for this deal is €12 million, with a total cost of no more than €20 million. The talented player from Brazil also attracted the attention of clubs such as Manchester City and Newcastle, with the Blues eventually winning the competition. This is Chelsea's third signing in the winter transfer window, having already completed the signing of two new comers, Fofana and Badiashile.

Although Andrey Santos is only 18 years old, he is already a member of the Brazilian U20 national team and is not seen as one of the most promising midfielders. He has made 38 appearances for Brazilian second division side Vasco Da Gama, scoring eight goals.
