Jadon Sancho Returned to Join Manchester United Training

Jadon Sancho, who had joined Manchester United for a £75 million transfer fee last season, had previously been left out of the first-team squad due to mental and physical issues.
Sancho contributed 5 goals and 3 assists for United last season and clearly did not make the Red Devils' investment pay off. The attacker from England was dropped from the roster by Erik ten Hag during the World Cup and also failed to attend the training camp in Spain with the team. He reportedly returned to Carrington last week and has been working with a specialist selected by the head coach to focus on a training program tailored for him.

Sancho has not played for Manchester United since the 1-1 draw with Chelsea away from home on October 22 last year. According to local media, the former BVB Dortmund player will join the full team for regular training on Tuesday. It is certain that he will not travel with the team to London for the midweek league match against Crystal Palace. But with United's visit to Arsenal at the weekend, Jadon Sancho will give Erik ten Hag more attacking options.
