Dailymail：Nice center back Todibo willing to join Tottenham; Spurs also want to sign another midfielder and striker

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur has engaged in further negotiations regarding the potential transfer of Nice's center-back Todibo.

The 23-year-old player is also on the transfer lists of Newcastle United and Manchester United, who have been impressed by his performances in the French Ligue 1. The player is valued at around £35 million. It is understood that his agent held further talks with Tottenham's senior management early last week to determine the possibility of his joining the club.

Tottenham aims to bring in three players in different positions next month, with the greatest pressure in the center-back position. England center-back Dier may terminate his contract, Van Dijk and Ashley Phillips are injured, and Romero's form has been inconsistent. Therefore, Tottenham has been discussing defensive options, and Todibo is eager to join Pochettino's young team.

Tottenham is also looking to sign another midfielder and striker. They are aware that the Saudi Professional League still hopes to bring in Brazilian forward Risharlison, but the team is unwilling to lose him at this crucial moment, especially since he has found his goal-scoring form.

In September, Al Nassr showed strong interest in the Brazilian, as their pursuit of Liverpool's Salah reached a deadlock, and the 26-year-old player remains a target for Saudi teams.

In addition, Al Nassr is also considering hiring Lee Congerton from Atalanta as the sports director. Their previous target was former Liverpool director Julian Ward, but it is understood that he is currently unwilling to relocate to Saudi Arabia for work and life.

Congerton, who has previously worked at Liverpool and Leicester City, is one of the candidates considered by Manchester United along with Newcastle's Dan Ashworth.
