West Ham have improved their bid to Aston Villa for Jhon Durán.

Aston Villa have rejected West Ham's improved offer of £32m plus 18-year old midfielder Lewis Orford for striker Jhon Duran.
The 20-year-old scored five goals in the Premier League last season but was only afforded three starts from his 23 appearances.
Duran has been capped 10 times at international level for Colombia and was part of the team that suffered a 1-0 Copa America final defeat by Argentina. Though, he got only 13 minutes of action in the second group stage at the tournament.
West Ham's Orford, who is also reportedly being offered, is an England youth international and made six EFL Trophy appearances for the club's academy side.
The 18-year-old was also part of the Hammers' winning FA Youth Cup roster in 2023.
His current deal at the London Stadium is set to expire next June and there has been no new offer on the table.
Last month, Duran was linked with a move to Chelsea, though Villa's £40m valuation proved to be a stumbling point in negotiations. Earlier this year, fans spotted that Duran had been frequently liking Chelsea-related posts on social media.
Duran moved to Villa in January 2023 when he arrived from MLS side Chicago Fire for an £18m transfer fee.
In January, Mail Sport revealed that head coach Unai Emery and his player had sometimes not seen eye to eye, with the 20-year-old thought to be frustrated with decisions to substitute him at various points during Villa's European season.
