Atlético de Madrid 'exploring loan deal' for Man City midfielder

Atlético de Madrid are considering moving to take Manchester City’s Matheus Nunes on a season-long loan, according to a report in The Athletic.
It’s suggested that the Manchester club are yet to receive a formal offer for the player, and are as yet undecided on where the player’s future lies.
The 25-year-old made the move to the Etihad in 2023 from Wolves, and made 17 league appearances under Pep Guardiola last season.
Nunes played just one minute in City’s 4-1 win over Ipswich at the weekend, and has already been linked to a move to rivals Liverpool this summer.
