Liverpool are reportedly considering a move for Victor Osimhen as a potential replacement for Darwin Nunez. The Nigerian striker has been in impressive form this season, scoring 13 goals in 16 appearances for Galatasaray.

Osimhen has a strong track record in European football, having previously played for Lille and Napoli. He is a powerful and clinical striker who would be a significant upgrade on Nunez.

Liverpool are expected to face competition from a number of other clubs for Osimhen's signature, including Arsenal, Chelsea and PSG. However, the Reds are confident that they can persuade the striker to move to Anfield.

A move for Osimhen would be a statement of intent from Liverpool. It would show that they are serious about challenging for the Premier League title next season.
