Manchester City Submit Improved Bid for Nottingham Forest Star Elliot Anderson

Manchester City have intensified their efforts to sign highly-rated midfielder Elliot Anderson, submitting a new offer worth £106 million guaranteed plus £15 million in add-ons, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Premier League champions are determined to bolster their midfield ahead of the new season and view the 22-year-old England international as a key target. Anderson impressed during his time at Nottingham Forest last season, showcasing maturity, technical ability, and versatility in central midfield.
Nottingham Forest, however, are holding firm on their valuation, demanding a fixed fee exceeding £120 million for the academy graduate. The club is aware of interest from rivals Manchester United and is in no rush to sell one of their prized assets.
City’s pursuit reflects their strategy to refresh the squad with young British talent while maintaining competitiveness on all fronts. Reports suggest Sandro Tonali remains another name on their shortlist as they explore multiple options to strengthen the engine room.
As the summer transfer window heats up, all eyes remain on whether City can meet Forest’s demands or if Anderson will spark a bidding war between Manchester’s two powerhouses. Negotiations are expected to continue in the coming days.
