Manchester United Rejects Interest in Bruno Fernandes from Al Hilal

May 6 News: According to the Daily Mail's Manchester United correspondent Chris Wheeler, Bruno Fernandes may be a high-profile target for Al Hilal this summer, but Manchester United has no intention of selling their captain.
After Mohamed Salah decided to stay at Liverpool, the Saudi Pro League club has sufficient funds to pursue the star player.
Reports from the Middle East indicate that Fernandes' agent held talks with Al Hilal on Monday.
It is understood that the two sides had preliminary contact last year, after which Bruno Fernandes signed a contract extension with Manchester United valid until 2027, with an option for an additional 12 months.
He is one of the few players that Manchester United, under the leadership of Ruben Amorim, is unwilling to sell as they seek to rebuild this summer.
However, Manchester United sources stated on Monday evening that Al Hilal has not made a formal bid, and even if an offer is received, they do not wish to sell Fernandes.
In March, Amorim denied the possibility of Fernandes joining Real Madrid at the end of this season, stating, "No, that's not possible. He isn't going anywhere because I've already told him so!"
Al Hilal is eager to sign a marquee player but is currently focused on appointing a new coach to replace Jorge Jesus, who left over the weekend.
