Fulham Submit Bid for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Rising Star Kevin

Fulham Football Club has made a significant move in the transfer market, submitting a new official bid to sign Brazilian winger Kevin from Shakhtar Donetsk. The proposal, valued at €37 million with additional add-ons, aims to secure the 22-year-old talent, who has emerged as one of the brightest prospects in European football. However, Shakhtar Donetsk is holding firm, insisting on a €50 million fee for their prized asset.
Kevin, a dynamic winger known for his dribbling and progressive carries, has impressed in the Ukrainian Premier League, leading the league in dribbles and progressive carries last season. His standout performances include four goals in three UEFA Europa League qualifying matches this year, showcasing his potential on the continental stage. The young Brazilian, who joined Shakhtar in January 2024 for a reported €12 million plus add-ons, has a contract running until mid-2028.
Fulham’s interest reflects their ambition to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new season. Negotiations are ongoing, with the gap between the clubs’ valuations posing a challenge. A successful transfer could see Kevin bring his flair to the Premier League, marking a significant coup for the Cottagers if the deal is finalized.
