November 15 – In tonight's World Cup European qualifiers, Croatia came from behind to defeat the Faroe Islands 3-1, securing their place in the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

With this result, Croatia became the 30th team to qualify for the 2026 World Cup and the third from the European zone.
