PSG Set €170M Price Tag on Liverpool Target Bradley Barcola

Paris Saint-Germain have slapped a staggering €170 million (£145m) valuation on France international winger Bradley Barcola amid strong interest from Liverpool, according to reports.
The 23-year-old, who helped PSG secure back-to-back Champions League titles, has emerged as the Reds' primary target to replace Mohamed Salah following the Egyptian's departure. Barcola is understood to have ended contract talks with PSG and prioritised a move to Anfield.
Sources indicate PSG are benchmarking Barcola's value against recent Premier League mega-deals, including Elliot Anderson's £116m switch to Manchester City and Morgan Rogers' £117m move to Chelsea. The French champions, while open to a sale, are in no rush after strengthening elsewhere and point to Barcola's World Cup performances—three goals for France—as justification for the astronomical fee.
Liverpool would need to shatter their own club-record £125m outlay on Alexander Isak last year to secure the versatile attacker. Barcola, who joined PSG from Lyon in 2023 for around €50m, has registered impressive numbers but struggled for consistent starts under Luis Enrique.
With Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich also monitoring the situation, a summer bidding war could push the fee even higher. Liverpool supporters will be watching closely as the transfer window heats up, with the deal potentially defining their squad rebuild.
