Franco Mastantuono staged a masterclass performance to fire Fiorentina to their first Serie A victory of the season, orchestrating a thrilling 4-2 comeback against Venezia at the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 22nd minute when Akor Adams coolly slotted home a precise pass from Gianluca Busio. However, Venezia’s joy was short-lived as Mastantuono took center stage. The Real Madrid loanee equalized in the 29th minute with a stunning long-range strike and shocked the hosts just sixty seconds later by converting another brilliant effort to turn the game completely on its head.

Fiorentina maintained their aggressive momentum in the second half. Substitute Mateo Pellegrino extended the visitors' cushion in the 66th minute, capitalizing on a swift counterattack.
